Our smoked fish is processed in line with international best practices. It is degutted, washed, seasoned and goes through a moisture extraction process that brings out a finished product that meets WHO standard of 10% moisture content and Benzo (a) Pyrene FREE. The 10% moisture content ensures that the product has at least 4 months shelf life when stored properly. PLEASE ALWAYS ENSURE THAT YOUR SMOKED FISH IS BENZO (a) PYRENE FREE!

Our table size fresh catfish is targetted at wholesalers, Hotels and Restaurants. Delivery can be arranged once the quantity is agreed upon.
