Our smoked fish is processed in line with international best practices. It is degutted, washed, seasoned and goes through a moisture extraction process that brings out a finished product that meets WHO standard of 10% moisture content and Benzo (a) Pyrene FREE. The 10% moisture content ensures that the product has at least 4 months shelf life when stored properly.
